What to expect

A clear, structured process from initial conversation through to completion.

We start with a relaxed, no-obligation conversation to understand your situation, your plans and what you’re looking to achieve.

We carry out a detailed review of your circumstances, including income, outgoings, assets and future plans, to ensure any advice is tailored appropriately.

Based on your circumstances, we research and discuss the most suitable options available to you, explaining everything clearly so you can make an informed decision.

Once you’re comfortable with the approach, we provide a personalised mortgage illustration outlining the key terms, costs and monthly payments.

We guide you through the documents required for your application, ensuring everything is in place to avoid delays during the process.

We submit your application to the chosen lender, which will typically include credit checks and detailed underwriting.

We manage communication with the lender throughout, responding to any queries and keeping the application progressing smoothly.

Once the offer is issued, we review it with you to ensure everything is in line with expectations.

Your solicitor will handle the legal work, and we remain involved to support you through to completion.

We stay on hand throughout the process and remain available for any questions or future advice as your circumstances evolve.
